The development of the Barnett and Laura Trio represents almost $80 million in cost, which we'll fund using equally unique and complex financing structures.
Bringing all these components together in a project that also requires a public investment is a monumental task. It takes patience, dedication and community support. SouthEast Group purchased the properties in 2013. They are now programmed, leased, and positioned for construction. It's been a busy two years!
